This home is beautiful! Perfect for a family of 10. Property owner is super nice. Loved the view of the canal. So peaceful. Even got to see dolphins by the dock.

We’ve never been to Marco Island nor rented a home for a vacation. After staying in this amazing home for a week I don’t know how we will ever stay in a hotel again. The home is huge and the location on the water is beautiful. We saw a dolphin or two almost every morning, caught a ton of fish off the dock, swam in the warm pool everyday, and enjoyed the bikes to tour the neighborhood. House has everything you could possibly need for the beach which made it so easy for us with 3 kids in tow. We rented kayaks and just around the corner was gorgeous open water to explore. The owner was super responsive to any question I had while there and I had NO complaints or issues whatsoever. We couldn’t have been happier in our weeks stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John's beautiful house on Marco Island. Located on a quiet edge of the island, everything we needed was either at the house or just a short drive (or bike ride) away. Add to that the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful sunset views, and the dolphins playing on the glassy morning waters outside the windows, and you've got a recipe for a lifetime of memories. We can't wait to go back!

Great property. We stayed here several years ago, and everything was just as we remembered. Plenty of room to either hang out together or separate as needed.

This house was Amazing. It had everything you would need. immaculate, the views are spectacular, gorgeous sunsets. so much wildlife to watch. I cant say enough good things about this house or John the owner. He answered any questions we may have. We didn't want to leave, we felt so at home here. The house has plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and lots of bikes. I would rent this property again and again.

We had a great time in this gorgeous waterfront property! Our group included four adults and four children, ages 5 and under. The pool was a nice amenity as it provided a respite from the scorching beach sun. The home was clean and in good condition. For two separate families, it was great to have two separate wings containing Master suites. The owners were very communicative and provided thorough descriptions for all available amenities. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at this home and would definitely rent here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has a great layout facing the water, very clean and great location on the island. We will be back soon!

The communication with the property owner was great. He seems to be a great person. The property was clean and had everything we needed an more. Overall, it was a great experience.

Wonderful home with great amenities and location. Fished every day off of the back deck and kayaked. Because of Covid, we ate in every day. Home had all cooking utensils and appliances. Would highly recommend it. The home has a spectacular view.

We were taking a large group to Marco and wanted space. This house delivered exactly what we were looking for. The master is on one end of the house and the rest of the spaces are huge and accommodating. The pool was beautiful and the views through the wide area of the channel are fantastic. Being just off San Marco, we were able to get to restaurants and stores easily. And the garage was stocked with everything we needed from beach chairs and umbrellas to fishing gear. a great home and really great communicative owner.

This is a clean, beautiful home and made our Marco Island stay enjoyable. We appreciate the owners going out of their way to make sure the rental process was smooth. The underwater, fish attracting lights are an awesome touch that provided hours of enjoyment for our family.

Our recent stay at this house was nothing short of paradise. The home was extremely clean when we entered, was well appointed with everything you would need to make yourself comfortable and was tastefully decorated. There were five adults in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the large deck by the dock, where we soaked up the sun, fished, and kept our kayak which we used frequently to paddle through the numerous canals and backwaters of Marco. The home is located in a perfect spot to kayak safely into the backwaters. We also enjoyed the large pool to cool off in after sunbathing. When it did rain, we were still able to sit in the covered part of the lanai (which is brand new)and not have to sit indoors. Overall it was a very rewarding experience for all of us, and John (the homeowner), was very helpful answering all of our questions and providing information/tips to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible.
